  • Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    Location: 112 North 3rd Street, Leesville, LA 71446
    Job Type: Full-Time


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to staff and families. You will play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with families and other team members

    • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    • Train and mentor staff on best practices in behavior analysis

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

    • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings

    • Stay current with developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and contribute to a positive team culture


    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

    • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly in a clinical or educational setting

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
    Location: 112 North 3rd Street, Leesville, LA 71446
    Job Type: Full-Time


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans 

    • Work closely with children and their families to improve daily living skills 

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's unique needs 

    • Foster a positive and engaging therapy environment 


    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy 

    • Current state licensure 

    • Experience working with children is preferred, but we welcome new graduates! 

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
    Location: 2522 E. 70 th Street, Shreveport, LA 71105
    Job Type: Part-Time


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work your magic treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders,
      helping kids grow their confidence and communication skills

    • Collaborate with our awesome occupational therapists, ABA therapists, other SLPs to create a holistic
      approach to patient care

    • Get involved in professional development—because we want you to keep growing, too!

    • Creating unique, individualized treatment plans that outline the treatment goals and methods to be
      used

    • Teaching children and their families about speech, language and communication


    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy 

    • A heart for working with kids and making a difference

    • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (or working toward it, SLP-A’s welcome)

    • Active Louisiana license (or on your way to getting it! CF’s Welcome!)

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

    • Attention to detail, patience, and empathy

    • Ability to manage patients with different involvement levels
