Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: 112 North 3rd Street, Leesville, LA 71446
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to staff and families. You will play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with families and other team members
Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Train and mentor staff on best practices in behavior analysis
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
Stay current with developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly in a clinical or educational setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state licensure
Experience working with children is preferred, but we welcome new graduates!

Qualifications:Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
A heart for working with kids and making a difference
Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (or working toward it, SLP-A’s welcome)
